Eviction non-payment of Rent

September 21, 2023 I recently had an issue with a tenant regarding non payment of rent as well as the same tenant moving in two more occupants without our consent. After hearing about nightmare stories on how difficult eviction could be we knew we needed help. I contacted Attorney Sylvia for advice and he went right to work. He was able to get this tenant and the unauthorized occupants out with just a letter of notice and a notice to quit for non payment. He also spoke to the tenant himself when they decided to stop communicating with us. Attorney Sylvia is very knowledgeable, straightforward and a confident Attorney. This could have turned out worse but it didnt thanks to him. I highly recommend Attorney Sylvia to anyone who is experiencing what we just did. Definitely keeping him around.

April 27, 2023 I hired Nick to help me with my custody case. Nick took my case on even when I had represented myself for a years at that point. Nick took the time to sit down and actually build a plan with me and made sure to have back up plans in place. He always replayed back with in 42 hours. Which meant a lot to me. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t bs it. Says it how it is and I like that about him. He will tell you what he thinks is best but will listen to you and explain why your plan is good or bad. I can’t say enough about Nick made a 3 year case breeze by and I was able to get what was best for my child. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to hire or even talk with a lawyer.
